Q&A SESSIONS SCHEDULE

 Each session will last 2 hours. Each week will be held for a specific group. Any church member is more than welcome to attend any session they like, just realize that each week is geared for a specific group, so some of the info learned may not apply to you.


Session times:

10:00am – 12:00pm Monday – Friday

6:00pm – 8:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Sessions:

 July 17-21 – Volunteers & Lay people    NO FRIDAY NIGHT COURSE THIS WEEK
      *Children’s check in emphasis the 2nd hour of each session

  

July 31-July 4 -  Congregation Training


I strongly recommend signing up for early access so you can follow along on your computer/smart phone during the Q&A sessions

July 3 - MIGRATION #1

June 5-14 – CROSSOVER

During this time, staff will begin using and getting used to the new system. ACS will still be up in case of bugs or other transfer issues

July 17 – New website & phone app build begins

July 31 - MIGRATION #2

July 31 - New Web & App up1

August 1 - ACS Shutdown

August 6 - SS Dry Run

-Paper attendance for all classes, along with instructions for taking online attendance.

-QR codes and links in bulletin for member access

August 7 – System login information goes out to all church members

August 13 - Begin using new Check In/attendance
