Prayer changes things. It has the power to ignite renewal and to change your life.

Yet too often it is not a major part of our lives.

We passionately desire that God will see Vista Grande Baptist as a house of prayer! With that goal in mind, our people humbly pray in the spirit of Hosea 6:3. . . "seeking to know the Lord." We pray for the needs of our church and those in it. We pray for God to move in a mighty way through our church as well as through the church in America and around the world.

You are invited to join in a time of prayer that is worship-based, and Christ-centered. We will be praying for renewal in our lives and revival in our land. Come expecting God to do amazing things in your life and our church!

Each week we will briefly examine some of the key principles of prayer. One important prayer principle for us to keep focused on is that Jesus prayed.  Hebrews 5:7 declares, "In the days of His flesh He offered up both prayers and supplications with loud crying and tears to the one able to save Him from death and He was heard because of His piety." Come join us as we follow our Savior's example and seek the Father's heart in prayer.
