- Church Facilities Procedure Reminder – If you class plans to use our church facilities for fellowships or meetings, there are a couple procedures to keep in mind.
1. All rooms need to be reserved through the church office. This can be done by filling out a Facility Request on our church website. Once the activity is approved you will be notified and it will be placed on the church calendar.
2. Requests for childcare need to be done at least 2 weeks in advance. This will allow adequate time for Greg to provide the necessary workers for approved events.
3. There will be no afternoon or evening events scheduled in our building on 5th Sundays. This is intended to be a day spent with family. In order to give our custodial staff the same consideration, the building will be closed as soon as everyone has left following morning services. Please refrain from scheduling meetings on these Sundays.
