Celebrate Passover Join us for a Passover Seder on Saturday, April 20, 3:00-6:30 pm. Discover why Passover is still relevant today and how it brings new depth to understanding the Lord’s Supper. Marriage Night Simulcast Event VGBC is a host site for the first-ever Marriage Night simulcast presented by RightNow Media. This event, for married and engaged couples, is May 17, 7-10 pm, with doors opening at 6:30. Come laugh and learn as you hear from marriage experts and discover how to honor God through your relationship. Speakers include: Francis & Lisa Chan, Les & Leslie Parrott, and comedian Michael Jr. Make plans to attend; it will be worth your time! Tickets are $15/person. Benevolence Offering Following today’s worship services, a benevolence offering will be collected by the deacons to help individuals in need. If you would like to give to this fund, please hand your donation to a deacon standing at the doors of the worship center as you leave.
Gatekeeper Applications Training for new Gatekeeper members will begin soon! Please turn in applications within the next week to Devin Knuckles or someone on the Security Team.
National Day of Prayer Join us Thursday, May 2, as we pray for America! Come and go from 4 – 8 pm in the Youth Wing. The mission of the National Day of Prayer Task Force is to mobilize prayer in America and to encourage personal repentance and righteousness in the culture. Visit nationaldayofprayer.org.
Preteen Camp! Kids who will be completing 3rd – 6th grade are invited to Peak Preteen Camp, June 26-29 at the Ponderosa Retreat & Conference Center in Larkspur. This year’s theme is “The Journey” from Prov. 4:26-27. Cost: $200/child with a $50 deposit due by May 5. Register at www.vgbc.org/camp.
