Israel Trip Info Meeting Pastor Chris will be hosting a 10-day trip to Israel on March 23–April 1, 2020.  If you are interested in going on the trip or would like to learn more, you can attend an information meeting on Sunday, March 17, immediately following the second service.  We will meet in the west wing of the Worship Center.  Brochures are available at the info booth.  You can also email any questions to chris.moore@vgbc.org.
Awana Cubbies Director Needed Our Cubbies (ages 4 & 5) are in need of a director.  Duties include lesson planning and administrative responsibilities. On-the-job training is available with our current director over the next month. If interested, please contact our Children’s Director at jimmy.peck@vgbc.org.
Handicap Parking Reminder If you do not have a permanent handicap plate, please remember to use your hang-tag. CSPD can issue citations for parking violations on church property.
Mexico Mission Trip Team The last formal meeting before we leave is Sunday, March 17, at 2 pm. Please attend to ensure all of your paperwork (including copies of passports) and payment info is complete. We will also spend time praying for the trip and the families with whom we will interact.
Annie Armstrong Easter Offering 2019 Sending Hope! “. . . He has given us a new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” (1 Peter 1:3, CSB). Every dollar given goes to train and resource more than 5,000 missionaries involved in church planting and compassion ministries who share the life-transforming gospel of Jesus Christ across the US, Canada, and their territories. Our church’s goal is $35,000; the national goal is $70 million. Visit the info booth today for more info and to pick up a brochure and offering envelope.
Accompaniment CD Missing The accompaniment CD for the collection “Speak Life” is missing from the sound booth. If you borrowed any CDs from the booth in the last eight months, please check your collection. This is a $90 CD and we would prefer not to purchase a second one. If found, please return it to the booth or the church office.
Tech Ministry Needs The Tech Ministry is in need of some additional help in the areas of video streaming and presentation. If you have interest in video production, audio recording, and video projection, please contact Jay Hill at jay.hill@vgbc.org or at the church office. Immediate help is needed, so we can start training.
