Awana Cubbies Director Needed Our Cubbies (ages 4 & 5) are in need of a director.  Duties include lesson planning and administrative responsibilities. On-the-job training is available with our current director over the next month. If interested, please contact our Children’s Director at jimmy.peck@vgbc.org.
 
 
Vista Kids Preschool Job Posting Vista Kids Preschool has a position opening for a part-time lead certified teacher beginning in August 2019. Hours required are Monday and Wednesday 8 am – 4 pm, and Friday 8 am – 12 noon. Candidates must have an Early Education Group lead certification or a degree in Elementary Education. For more info, please contact Denise Carson at preschool@vgbc.org. Applications will be available in both the church and preschool offices.
 

VBS Donations We need your help preparing for Vacation Bible School!  We are in need of paper towel rolls, toilet paper rolls, large Pringles cans, and old maps.  Please place items in the collection box in the foyer.

 
Annie Armstrong Easter Offering 2019
Sending Hope! “. . . He has given us a new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” (1 Peter 1:3, CSB). Every dollar given goes to train and resource more than 5,000 missionaries involved in church planting and compassion ministries who share the life-transforming gospel of Jesus Christ across the US, Canada, and their territories. Our church’s goal is $35,000; the national goal is $70 million.
 
Annual Ladies Tea Enjoy food, fellowship, and fun at the Living Abundantly Ladies Tea, Saturday, April 27, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. This year’s guest speaker is Yvette Maher. Tickets will go on sale March 31 www.vgbc.org/tea
 
Tech Ministry Needs The Tech Ministry is in need of some additional help in the areas of video streaming and presentation. If you have interest in video production, audio recording, and video projection, please contact Jay Hill at jay.hill@vgbc.org or at the church office. Immediate help is needed, so we can start training.
 
CCU Adult Education VGBC has established a partnership with Colorado Christian University Adult Education. They are offering any member of VGBC a 20% discount on tuition for undergraduate programs and a 10% discount on tuition for graduate programs (online or in seat). A representative from CCU will be here next Sunday, March 31, to answer questions at the info booth.  They will provide the donuts for the coffee fellowship!
