Custom Built

The Custom Built event for 2nd – 5th grade boys is February 23-24. Learn what it means to be a super follower of Jesus!  Come for a night of games, worship, fellowship, a movie, lots of snacks, and not much sleep.  Dads, we also need your help!  Click to register and volunteer.  The cost is $10.

Benevolence Offering

Next Sunday, following the worship services, a benevolence offering will be collected by the deacons to help individuals in need.  Please pray about your gift.

Contribution Statements

We have recently mailed contribution statements.  Please contact the church office if you have not received yours or if you have any questions.

Mexico Mission Burrito Fundraiser

Sunday, February 18, breakfast burritos will be available for purchase at $3 each in support of the Mexico Mission Trip in March.  Order forms are in your Sunday school class tray.  Choose from chorizo, mild sausage, or egg & potato burritos.  Please turn orders in by February 11.

Ushers Needed

Are you looking for a place to serve at VGBC?  The usher team is seeking men to help with the offering each Sunday during the worship services.  For more info on how to be a part of this ministry, please see Lynn Phipps or Bob Sherman at the first service, or Dallas Larreau at the second service.  A coat and tie are not required.

Sunday Valet Service

The Sunday Valet Service ministry is in need of drivers over the age of 21 who can serve one Sunday each month before, between, and after both morning services.  If you would like to serve with this ministry team, please contact Paul Brandenstein at 439-2449.

From the Counting Committee

Please use the appropriate offering envelopes when making contributions; this will help us out tremendously!  Offering envelopes can be found in the brochure rack.  For accuracy and clarity, please keep in mind that separate checks should be written for each account, i.e. budget offering and FOP building fund, as these are separate accounts.  Also print legibly your full name on the giving envelope so that you are given proper credit.
