What are we supposed to do when life is challenging and we start wondering why God allows this and does He still care? Psalm 136 teaches us how to look to the past at God’s great wonders. When we remember all God has done for us, we are encouraged to keep trusting and following Him. We are encouraged that His love clearly demonstrated in the past continues to this day and endures forever.
