Church Holiday Hours

The church office/building will be closed on Dec. 26, closed at noon on Dec. 30, and closed on Jan. 2.

 

Sunday Worship Service

On New Year’s day, Jan. 1, we will have one service at 10 am. There will be no Sunday school, childcare, or nursery.

 

Our New Student Minister. . .

is Brandon Anderson. He will start at VGBC on Jan. 1, 2023.
 

Christmas Card Mailboxes

Don’t forget to check the mailbox center outside of the Youth Wing for Christmas  cards from church family. It  will be available through the end of December.
 

2022 Contributions

All 2022 contributions to VGBC need to be delivered to Kim Carmichael at the church office no later than 5 pm, Thursday, Dec. 29, or be postmarked by Dec. 31. Contributions submitted after this time will be applied toward 2023 contribution statements.

 

Useful Giving Info for Senior Adults

If you have a traditional IRA, will soon be 72 or older, and would like information on how to donate the Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) without     paying taxes on the distribution, please contact Kim Carmichael or Paul Pabich through the church office. They can help!

We have online giving on our church app. Also, we have offering plates at the back of the Worship Center at the end of each service.  While you are welcome to give, all we ask of our guests is to visit us at the Welcome Desk near the entry!
