Children's Church

The Children’s Church program is provided for children in kindergarten through third grade so they can experience worship on their level of learning with their peers.

This is offered to the children in a relaxed atmosphere, which utilizes music, Bible stories, object lessons, visuals, take home projects, snacks and recess time to enhance their Children’s Church experience.

Worship time includes Bible stories and memory verses.  On alternating Sunday's a story is featured which is illustrated with a chalk drawing or a science experiment, both having a spiritual message.  Also included is music, prayer time and an offering - all geared to each age level and style of learning.

On the fifth Sunday’s it is “Popcorn & Movie Day”, providing age appropriate videos for the children to watch, as well as an alternative snack for those who are allergic to popcorn.

Missionary speakers and events pertaining to mission awareness are also included in the program.  The children have an opportunity to give to three mission offerings:  Lottie Moon Christmas Offering, Annie Armstrong Easter Offering and Nicy Murphy State Missions Offering.

Children’s Church is staffed by qualified leaders for each classroom who are godly, friendly and capable teachers/leaders who will guide the children in their spiritual, motor and physical advancement.  You are invited to bring your children to Room 121 on Sunday mornings at 10:30 am to enjoy the Children’s Church experience.
