Spring Workday!

Come help beautify the church grounds on Saturday, April 22 from 8 am—noon. Workday details: mulch moving, grounds clean up, drainage ditch repair, tree planting, & more.

 

CPR Class—April 22

This class is offered through the Red Cross at VGBC and is a hybrid model. For further details & to register, go to vgbc.org/cpr.

 

Baby Dedication

Baby Dedication will take place on Sunday, May 7, during the 10:30 worship service.  Families who would like to participate can sign up at vgbc.org/baby.  We look forward to this special time of commitment.

 

National Day of Prayer

Join us on May 4 as we pray for America! Come & go from 4-8 pm in the Youth Wing.

 

Director of Pastoral Care

The Personnel Committee is planning to interview Bill Cox to serve as Director of Pastoral Care beginning in the fall. Since Bill is a former minister at VGBC and left to serve on the mission field, we view this as a “rehire.” We still want to do our due diligence by having an interview. We invite you to submit questions or input that will help us formulate questions for the interview. Please make submissions for the committee to info@vgbc.org by April 28.

 

Annual Collection Drive

Local area ministries need our help to supply basic necessities. We are collecting toilet paper this month for the annual drive. A collection box is in the foyer.
